Funkharp

indie blues/rock, played on whatever's in reach. Mostly the harmonica.

Funkharp on stage in magenta light, with keyboards, trumpet, bass, and drums.
A harmonica with the word funkharp written across the metal cover, sitting on piano keys in front of a Shure microphone.

I try to take indie music back to the roots of blues and rock. I'll play any instrument I can get my hands on, but people always remember the harmonica. They call it a bluesharp. But I don't know if that's how I play it; maybe it's more like a 'funkharp'.
